AmiPrint Terms of Sale and Software Licence

Version: 2026-09-16   •   Effective: 16 September 2026

These terms apply when you purchase an AmiPrint licence through this website. Please read them before ordering and keep a copy for your records.

1. Seller and contact details

The seller is AMIGAKIT LTD, company number 11916748, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: Asquith House, Unit 1 Dyfrig Road, Cardiff, South Glamorgan, Wales, CF5 5AD.

Product and order support: support@amisphere.com.

2. What you are buying

A purchase gives you a personal AmiPrint serial key code and a licence to download and use AmiPrint on supported systems. AmiPrint currently provides printer support for A600GS, A1200GS and A1200NG systems and enables supported AmiBench applications to print to compatible local USB printers and network printers.

The serial key is delivered electronically after payment has been verified. You register that serial key with AmiSphere, after which AmiPrint is made available for download and one-click installation through your AmiSphere account.

3. Price and payment

The total price payable is the amount shown on the checkout page immediately before you proceed to the selected payment provider. Available currencies and prices may change for future orders, but a change will not alter an order already completed.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe or PayPal. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details.

4. Order acceptance and delivery

Your order is accepted when payment is successfully verified and we issue your AmiPrint serial key code. The serial is displayed after payment and is also sent to the email address supplied with the order.

You are responsible for providing a valid email address and for keeping your serial key secure. If you do not receive the email, contact AmiSphere Support and provide sufficient information for us to locate the transaction.

5. Registration and AmiSphere account

To obtain the software you must register the serial key with an AmiSphere account. Registration associates the serial with that account and gives access to the relevant download, available updates and product support.

A serial key must not be shared publicly or registered to an account for the purpose of transferring access to an unrelated person without our agreement, except where applicable law gives you a right that cannot lawfully be restricted.

6. Software licence

Subject to these terms and payment of the purchase price, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use AmiPrint for your own lawful use on supported systems.

You may not distribute the software or serial key to third parties, sell or sublicense copies, remove proprietary notices, or circumvent licence or registration controls. Nothing in these terms prevents acts that applicable law expressly permits despite a contractual restriction.

7. Compatibility and printers

AmiPrint is designed for the supported systems stated on the product page. Printer operation depends on the particular printer, connection method, network configuration, application and available driver or protocol support. We do not promise compatibility with every USB or network printer.

Before purchase, you should review any compatibility information we publish for AmiPrint or contact support if compatibility with a particular printer or setup is important to your decision.

8. Cancellation and consumer rights

If you are a consumer, any cancellation rights available to you are governed by the law that applies to your purchase and the circumstances in which the digital content is supplied.

If you wish to cancel or have a question about cancellation, contact support@amisphere.com promptly. Nothing in these terms removes or limits any statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Faulty digital content and statutory rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights. Where applicable, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for a particular purpose made known to the seller where the law requires, and as described. Statutory remedies may include repair or replacement and, in appropriate circumstances, a price reduction or refund.

If AmiPrint does not work as described on a supported configuration, contact AmiSphere Support with details of the system, printer and problem so that we can investigate.

10. Updates and support

Registration gives access to product support and to updates that we make available for the purchased licence. Unless we expressly state otherwise, purchase does not promise that new features or updates will be produced indefinitely.

11. Refunds

Refund requests are assessed in accordance with these terms and your applicable statutory rights. If a refund is due, it will normally be returned using the original payment method. We may deactivate or cancel the relevant serial and associated software entitlement when a purchase is refunded.

12. Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded.

For business customers, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill or loss of anticipated savings arising from use of AmiPrint. Consumer liability remains subject to applicable consumer law.

13. Personal information

We use the information you provide to process the order, issue the serial, provide support, maintain purchase records and administer your AmiSphere entitlement. Stripe or PayPal processes payment information under its own terms and privacy practices.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of mandatory protections that apply in the country where you habitually reside, and you may have rights to bring proceedings in your local courts.

15. Changes to these terms

The version that applies to your order is the version presented when you place the order. Later changes apply only to later orders unless the law requires otherwise. Your order record stores the terms version accepted at checkout.

16. Model cancellation notice

If you are entitled to cancel and wish to do so, you may email the following information to support@amisphere.com:

To: AMIGAKIT LTD, Asquith House, Unit 1 Dyfrig Road, Cardiff, South Glamorgan, Wales, CF5 5AD — support@amisphere.com
